en-US Over the course of my career at BNY, I have led many impactful programs that have changed the way we do business. I took a lead role in opening our Orlando operational site providing enhanced resiliency for our business. I then led our efforts on Tri-Party Repo reform and architected a new approach to the settlement of activity which significantly reduced risk, standardized processes and redesigned the Tri-Party market. More recently I helped create a new operating entity - Government Securities Services (GSS) - responsible for the US Government Securities clearance and collateral business. Currently, my main focus is on the upcoming US Treasury Central Clearing mandate and what it means for us, our clients, and the market.
