These students have spent the summer conducting independent research under the guidance of a faculty mentor. Their summer research will culminate in a poster presentation at the Summer Poster Showcase.  \n\nPresentations will cover everything from the psychology of deep space missions to the technology of rocket propulsion, from medieval conflicts to modern rhetoric, from art therapy in cancer care to testing new AI technologies, from distant galaxies to Florida's shoreline.\n\nThe online program will be available at the showcase. DESCRIPTION:UCF's All-State Preparation Clinic offers in-person sessions designed to help prepare for the Florida Music Educators' Association 2026-27 All-State Band, Orchestra, and Jazz Band auditions.\n\n  * The goal of our All-State Prep Clinic is to help middle and high school students prepare for a successful All-State audition.\n  * UCF applied music faculty and guest instrumentalist will offer clinics on FBA and FOA All-State Band and Orchestra audition requirements for 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12 grades as well as FBA Jazz Band auditions requirements for 9-12 grades.\n  * Emphasis will be placed on All-State exercise preparation, tone production, technique development, scales, sight-reading strategies and audition readiness.  \n  \nRegistration is required. Where are the areas where GenAI can make us faster and more productive?\n\nWe'll briefly review what GenAI is and how it works, then address its advantages and weaknesses.
