DESCRIPTION:This group meets every Monday, excluding campus closures/holidays.\n\nMeeting is OPEN to all UCF students, faculty, staff, and community members.\n\nSelf Management And Recovery Training (SMART Recovery) is an evidenced-informed recovery method grounded in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), that supports people with substance dependencies or problem behaviors to:\n\n  1. Build and maintain motivation\n  2. Cope with urges and cravings\n  3. Manage thoughts, feelings and behaviors\n  4.
