UCF MEDTalk: "Why Fat Tastes Good and What Science is Doing About It"

Join the UCF College of Medicine for the fall edition of UCF MEDTalk, where Dr. Timothy Gilbertson will discuss "Why Fat Tastes Good and What Science is Doing About It" and will explore factors that affect taste. Dr. Gilbertson, professor of medicine, will lead an interactive presentation and discussion on taste, the control of food intake and its implications regarding obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

For $10 per person ($15 at the door), guests will receive two drink tickets and complimentary hors-d'oeuvres.
