Intermediate Swim Lessons

This course is based on basic stroke development. Freestyle and backstroke will be reviewed. Breaststroke and butterfly will be introduced. Turning at the wall, diving, reading a pool clock, and all other skills needed for a basic swim work out are introduced. This class is weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
