For the first research seminar series presentation of the semester, Professor Carmine Bianchi joins us from the University of Palermo in Italy to discuss his research on collaborative governance.
Carmine Bianchi is a professor of public management at the Department of Political Sciences, University of Palermo in Italy and the scientific coordinator of CED4 System Dynamics Group. Bianchi has experience with public and private sector organizations in designing policies and outlining consistent programs to link strategy and implementation to foster collaborative governance and enhance public value in a community.
