Join IDEAS for Us - UCF for a day of celebrating renewable energy innovations. We will be tabling and volunteering at Energy Whiz, this is a competition for grades K-12 where they create innovative ways to use solar energy, that they invent, display and put to use right there at the event! We will have a presence in the Innovation Expo, hoping to display some of UCF's solar energy creations. We will also be volunteering to show support to this amazing program that encourages young students to create a career in renewable energy (link at the bottom). UCF's presence at this competition will be an introduction to the University level at Energy Whiz. Next year the program is hoping to open up participation to college students interested in displaying and contesting their inventions.
