Guest Services Representatives provide legendary customer service for our fans throughout the Amway Center. Individuals applying for this position may be considered for the following specialties:
Fan Experience Ambassadors: support Ticket, Group Sales, Client Services, and Fan Experience teams as needed by proactively providing legendary moments for all Orlando Magic home games.
Legendary Guest Service Representatives: Work on the Premium levels and clubs at all events in the Amway Center.
Roaming Expert Fan Support (REFS): Assist fans with troubleshooting the Orlando Magic Mobile App.
