Co-sponsored by Wellness and Health Promotion Services (WHPS) and Academic Advancement Programs (AAP), this workshop will discuss the impact of stress on the mind and body and will also allow participants to experience hands-on stress management techniques to help manage stress while preparing for graduate school.
Did you know that current research shows that stress is only bad for you if you think it is? Learn more about the relationship between the way you think about stress and how you actually feel. Then use this knowledge to help you complete the semester strong while preparing for graduate school.
