We invite you to the Recreation and Wellness Center's Downtown campus for a Mind and Body fusion class to start off the semester with positivity. This class will begin with deep stretching and restorative yoga poses, then finish with a guided meditation focusing on relaxing the body and drawing attention within.

No registration is required, walk ins welcome!
