Drum Your Stress Away!

Wednesday, October 16, 2019 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Experience the power of music to help you lower stress, increase relaxation skills, build intrapersonal support and discover your personal rhythm. In this workshop, you will use drums to express yourself by engaging in an evidence-based program to increase overall wellness. Come to one, two, or all three workshops. No musical experience is necessary and drums will be provided.
