Application & Registration
To be eligible for the trip, you must:
1. Complete your Release of Liability Waiver and Trip Policy Form
2. Complete the Health Form and have the Clearance Form filled out by your doctor (schedule a free physical at Student Health Services)
3. Complete the Google Form application: bit.ly/NorwayApp
4. Turn in all paperwork to the OAC.
We will schedule an individual interview after we receive all of your materials and invite people to register once the group is determined. This is not a first-come, first-served trip.
