Nathan Medrano
Manager, Membership Development


Nathan Medrano joined the Dolphins in June of 2017 as a member of the Membership Development Team. In December of 2018, Nathan was promoted to Manager of Membership Development. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing and managing the Membership Development team alongside Riley McMinn. He co-manages the Membership Development department with the responsibilities of recruiting, training, and developing entry level sales reps.


Nathan got his start in sports as a member of the June 2017 Miami Dolphins membership development class. In his first 2 months on the job, Nathan broke a Miami Dolphins record by selling 94 seats during that span. As a rep, he finished top of his class and led the inside sales department in revenue and membership deposits sold. Nathan was also named the 2017 Inside Sales MVP and led the department in hustle board finishes with 9 overall. He finished the 2018 membership deposit campaign as one of the top producers on the sales floor. In December 2017, Nathan was promoted to the role of Business Development Account Executive, where he was one of the top producers on his team as the 2018 campaign came to a close. After 1 year on Business Development, Nathan was then promoted to his current role of Manager of Membership Development.
A San Diego, California native, Nathan earned a scholarship to play football at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. At Bucknell, Nathan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2017. Nathan currently resides in Miami, FL.
