Interested in learning how to communicate better with friends, and family?  Want to enjoy delicious, fresh, catered meals at no cost and earn up to $100 in gift cards? Parents, what about a FUN place for your child to enjoy and engage arts and crafts projects? If you answered YES to any of the questions above, please call us at 407-823-1748 Project Harmony offers the opportunity at NO COST to learn practical tools for keeping healthy relationships, enhance the ability to resolve conflicts, improve communication skills, and manage stress. The program also includes a workshop that can assist with financial goals, as well as help explore one’s strengths and experiences to create a more fulfilling career path.

Funding for this project was provided by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Grant: # 90FM0078. These services are available to all eligible persons, regardless of race, gender, age, disability, or religion. Project Harmony is classified as a research study at the University of Central Florida, UCF IRB SBE-15-11828. This study is under the direction of Dr. Sejal Barden, Principal Investigator and Dr. Dalena Dillman Taylor, Co-Principal Investigator.
