Fit Course: Personal Training

Thursday, February 20, 2020 4 p.m. to Thursday, March 19 at 5:30 p.m.

This FREE 4 week course is designed to educate students on the general process and education necessary towards becoming a Personal Trainer. Concepts will include anatomy, assessment, and evaluation.

We will meet Thursdays from 4pm-5:30pm in the RWC Room 206. The program runs February 20th - March 19th, 2020
