Interested in communicating better with family and friends? Want to enjoy delicious, fresh, catered meals at no cost and earn up to $100 in gift cards? Project Harmony offers the opportunity to learn practical tools for keeping healthy relationships, enhance the ability to resolve conflicts, improve communication skills and manage stress, all at NO COST. The program also includes a workshop that can assist with financial goals, as well as help explore strengths and experiences to create a more fulfilling career path.

Funding for this project is provided through a grant from the Administration for Children and Families at the Department of Health and Human Services. All are eligible, regardless of race, gender, age, disability or religion. Project Harmony is a UCF research study under the direction of Dr. Sejal Barden, Principal Investigator and Dr. Dalena Dillman Taylor, Co-Principal Investigator.
