Participants will meet from 3pm-4pm 

Meeting Dates: 2/24, 2/25, 2/26

Join us for the RWC@Downtown Powerlifting Workshop! This workshop with be part lecture and part practical. Each day will focus on one of the three competition lifts. The schedule is as follows...


2/24: Squat

2/25: Bench

2/26: Deadlift 


Each session is independent of the prior, but we encourage you to attend all three. The workshop will be our certified personal trainers. 


This workshop is designed to benefit both those who are experienced and looking to further sharpen their tool set, and those who are new to resistance training and would like to learn more about the squat, bench, and deadlift.
