In Session: Peeling Back the Layers of Florida's Tax System

Friday, February 28, 2020 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Join the Florida Policy Institute for a discussion featuring Jason Garcia, investigative reporter at the Orlando Sentinel, whose six-part series "Big Profits, Tiny Taxes" provided an in-depth look at the state's corporate tax system. Discussion topics will range from how much Florida loses in revenue due to corporate tax loopholes and lax enforcement, to Jason's experience in reporting on these issues.

This is the first event in FPI's new In Session series, which will focus on hot-topic budget and policy issues. Registration is requested.

The UCF School of Public Administration is an event partner.
