Criminal Justice and Public Service Conference

Tuesday, February 18, 2020 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Criminal Justice Department is pleased to announce the upcoming 4th Annual Criminal Justice and Public Service Conference. The conference is an opportunity-rich event for students hoping to pursue a career in public service or related fields after graduation. It is an excellent opportunity to network and learn from many professionals in the public and private security industry, and nonprofit organizations, as well as to meet students that share the same career interests.

The event includes a keynote speaker, workshops/professional panels and a career fair. Recruiters from over 40 government agencies, the private security industry and non-profit organizations will be participating in the event.

This event is organized by the Lambda Alpha Epsilon (pre-professional criminal justice student organization) and co-sponsored by SGA. The event is free but attendees are asked to pre-register at bit.ly/38Bp8VZ. There will also be on-site registration on the day of the event. Attire is business/business casual.
