Dr. Moynihan discusses public administration within the Federal Executive Branch and how the outgoing Trump administration navigated governance, policy execution, management protocols, throughout their term in office. He also discusses the environment left in the Trump Administration’s wake and what the future of governance, policy execution and oversight, and management calls for given the erosion of norms and the minimized role Congress pursued in its oversight responsibilities throughout the Trump administration.
