As a college student you likely have personal and academic related goals that you want to achieve. This presentation will cover tips on setting goals and ways of staying motivated to accomplish your goals.
CAPS Workshops are designed to address common concerns and help students develop skills to enhance well-being and reduce stress. All CAPS workshops are offered free to UCF students and you do not need to be clients at CAPS to participate.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, workshops will be held online through Zoom. Workshops will share information about mental health and wellness, but they are not a substitute for mental health treatment.
