Yoga for Respiratory Health: Learn Simha Kriya which is a powerful 3-minute yogic process specifically designed to support the respiratory system, enhance lung capacity and boost immunity.

What is great about the session and how they differ from most yoga/meditation session, is that they are designed to teach practices which can be practiced on their own. The practices are easy to integrate into daily life. Once practiced on regular basis, they can have a tremendous impact on physical health, mental focus and emotional stability (see Finding the Source of Your Happiness video).
