Coffee Chat: Supporting Black Women College Students

Program Description: Join the Advisor Training and Development team, and guest panelists, for a coffee chat discussion based on the NACADA Webinar: When Black Girl Magic Isn't Enough: Supporting Black Women College Students through Advising and Coaching .

Participants will utilize the information and resources shared in the webinar to engage in dialogue about how academic advisors and student affairs professionals can improve the collegiate experience, and increase retention and graduation outcomes, for Black female students.
