Masters of Disasters Lecture Series: Leo Lachat

Leo Lachat, Deputy Director (Retired) of the Florida Division of Emergency Management, joins the UCF Emergency Management and Homeland Security Advisory Board for the next installment in the "Masters of Disasters" Emergency Management Speaker Series. 

Mr. Lachat served the State of Florida for more than three decades, with a career spanning a wide breadth of public agencies - from budget and appropriations with the Legislative Branch and Executive Office of the Governor (EOG) to emergency management and the Florida State Emergency Response Team. Mr. Lachat is also a retired officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserve with more than 20 years decorated service including operations in Lebanon (1983) and the Persion Gulf (1990-1991).
