A virtual workshop that will discuss to the undergraduate students wellness and how to relax.
This is a free live workshop where you learn many ways to release stress from your body, mind, and soul. It will be useful for you not only as a student but also as an entrepreneur or even if you are on a vacation:

→ Get tips and guidance on how to reduce stress and become a well-balanced individual
