This workshop is designed to help teach the basic concepts of the causes of stress, how stress impacts the body and mind, and to explore short-term and long-term stress management techniques for the reduction of stress. The workshop will provide practical suggestions and coping skills that students can implement to create a better stress management routine to improve your overall well-being.
