Virtual Info Session: Conflict Resolution and Analysis Certificate

Wednesday, April 20, 2022 noon to 1 p.m.

Unfortunately, conflict is rampant in society these days, and ranges from personal and workplace conflicts to global conflicts.

But, fortunately, UCF’s graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution and Analysis provides a deeper understanding of the origins and root causes of conflict – as well as how to resolve conflict.

In the Conflict Resolution and Analysis Graduate Certificate Program, students will learn strategies for managing and resolving interpersonal and community conflicts, which are essential skills that many employers look for - and that all community leaders need.

Completing this post-baccalaureate certificate will benefit people in the following industries: law, human resources, counseling, education, social work, law enforcement, business, and government, just to name a few.

This certificate, which can be completed fully online, will provide students with the opportunity to dig deeper into the theories behind conflict and uncover what causes disputes.

To learn more about this program, we invite you to join faculty and staff from UCF's Department of Legal Studies for a webinar being held Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 12:00 PM until 01:00 PM EDT. You can register at https://applynow.graduate.ucf.edu/register/crc42022.

We hope you'll be able to join us!
