To register for this trip, complete the Adventure Trip Registration Form. All trips will be registered via lottery system. The lottery is open for 24 hours from the registration open date and time. All registrations received after the 24-hour period will be added to the waitlist. Once the participants have been randomly selected, selected participants will be contacted via phone call to complete their registration and payment for the trip. Registration is not confirmed until you pay over the phone or in person.

Trip Description: Want to learn how to backpack in a low-pressure environment? This trip is for you! We will hike several miles over two days, teaching participants how to pack and fit a backpack along the way. We will explore a local Central Florida location where participants are sure to see lots of local flora and fauna.

 

What’s Included: All of our adventures include all necessary gear for the activity and professional guidance by OA Trip Leaders. Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal water/snacks. Food is provided on this trip. A full packing list will be provided at the Pre-Trip Meeting. Positive health behaviors are encouraged.
