Trip Description: Trip Leaders will lead the way as we explore one of the many wonderful trails located in the Southeast. You will learn about the different flora, fauna, other people, and yourself! Participants for this trip should be prepared to carry 40-50 lbs while hiking multiple miles over varied terrain (we promise it’s fun!).
What’s Included: All of our adventures include all necessary gear for the activity and professional guidance by OA Trip Leaders. Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal water/snacks. Food is provided on this trip. A full packing list will be provided at the Pre-Trip Meeting. Positive health behaviors are encouraged.
