Koru 2.0 is an advanced mindfulness course for students who have completed Koru Basic and are eager for more mindfulness. Further your practice and deepen your skills with Chair Yoga, Loving-Kindness meditation, and a short silent retreat. We will be reading “Real Happiness” by Sharon Salzberg.
