Shut Out Trafficking Week Opening Night Keynote Program

Monday, November 28, 2016 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Shut Out Trafficking Week at UCF will be kicked off by Danny White, UCF’s Athletic Director. The event will then feature Dr. Richard Lapchick and Emily Pasnak-Lapchick who will deliver the keynote address. Dr. Richard Lapchick, Endowed Chair and Director of the DeVos Sport Business Management Program will discuss social justice and using the power of sport to impact society. Emily Pasnak-Lapchick, the Manager of the End Trafficking Project at the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, will discuss human trafficking in detail. She will illustrate its impact and prevalence and will describe what can be done to end trafficking. This event is guaranteed to be informative and impactful, and we hope to see you there.
