Tuesday, February 21, 2017 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

In this interactive workshop, we will explore the role of tradition in organization leadership. Through participating in multiple group activities, attendees will get a chance to explore effective organizational programming and ways to modify current programming to increase member buy-in. We will also discuss how being deliberate in creating organizational programming can counteract the possibility of hazing behavior.
