	"description": "\u003Cp\u003EUCF offers the Trustees Doctoral Fellowship to superior graduate students who are newly enrolling at UCF in one of its eligible doctoral programs. These awards provide multi\u002Dyear support to the most qualified applicants to the institution. All new students entering standard research doctoral degrees as full\u002Dtime students are eligible to be nominated by their program for this award. Stipend payments will begin in the Fall semester.\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ENomination Deadline\u003C/strong\u003E: February 3 at NOON.\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EDuration of Award:\u003Cspan\u003E\u0026nbsp\u003B\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/strong\u003EMaximum of four years of support.\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EFellowship Stipend:\u003Cspan\u003E\u0026nbsp\u003B\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E$25,000 per year for up to four years.\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ETuition Support:\u003Cspan\u003E\u0026nbsp\u003B\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/strong\u003EUCF College of Graduate Studies pays the standard tuition for your required course hours during each year of the award. This does not include the payment of local fees (health fee, athletic fee, building fee, etc.).\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EHealth Insurance:\u003Cspan\u003E\u0026nbsp\u003B\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/strong\u003EA UCF Student Health Insurance Policy will be provided for your coverage for the award duration.\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ECriteria for Fellowship Selection\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cul\u003E\u000A\u003Cli\u003ESubmission of a completed admission application and all test scores (including TOEFL for international students) by January 15 or earlier if required by your prospective program.\u003C/li\u003E\u000A\u003Cli\u003EAdmission to a UCF doctoral program for the Summer or Fall 2025 term.\u003C/li\u003E\u000A\u003Cli\u003EEvidence of awards, recognition, or honors.\u003C/li\u003E\u000A\u003Cli\u003EEvidence of experience in the field.\u003C/li\u003E\u000A\u003Cli\u003EResearch experience and statement of research interest in the discipline.\u003C/li\u003E\u000A\u003C/ul\u003E\u000A\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EFellowship Obligations\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cul\u003E\u000A\u003Cli\u003EMaintain good academic standing and acceptable progress to degree.\u003C/li\u003E\u000A\u003Cli\u003EParticipate in UCF graduate fellowship community activities.\u003C/li\u003E\u000A\u003Cli\u003EMaintain full\u002Dtime enrollment in a doctoral program (9 credit hours are required during the fall and spring terms). Summer enrollment is optional\u003B fellowship recipients receive tuition support for 6 credit hours during the summer terms but do not receive a stipend.\u003C/li\u003E\u000A\u003C/ul\u003E",
