DESCRIPTION:Wellness and Health Promotion Services (WHPS) is proud to offer:  \nFreshU Kitchen Cooking Class\n\nGet hands on experience in the kitchen and learn how to make delicious, healthy food! You get to eat what you make and take home the leftovers too. Check out our schedule below. All classes take place under the WHPS office awning. This class is open to UCF students only\n\nREGISTRATION REQUIRED. Space is limited. Email Kaetlyn.Puldon@ucf.edu with your student ID and food restrictions/preferences to reserve your spot. You will receive a reply email to confirm your spot in the class. Registration opens for each month's classes at the beginning of the month.
