	"description": "\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EThe UCF Recreation and Wellness Center, in collaboration with the University of Central Florida Officials Association, will be offering the 29th Annual Basketball Officiating Class. This class is designed to train officials in the proper rules and mechanics needed to officiate at the high school level and beyond. Qualified officials will teach it from the local high school associations, various college conferences, and professional leagues, including the NBA.\u0026nbsp\u003B\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EWhen:\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp\u003B\u0026nbsp\u003B\u0026nbsp\u003B\u0026nbsp\u003B\u0026nbsp\u003B\u0026nbsp\u003B\u0026nbsp\u003B\u0026nbsp\u003B\u0026nbsp\u003B\u003C/span\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EClass begins Tuesday, August 26, and takes place from 6:00\u002D10:00PM, and will continue every Tuesday until October 21.\u003C/span\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EClass Format:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr\u003EClass will meet each night in the Recreation and Wellness Center, Room 206. Rules, discussion, and hands\u002Don training will take place in each class. Instructors and guest speakers will provide feedback on how to improve through on\u002Dcourt and video\u002Dtaped critiques.\u003C/span\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cspan\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EFEE:\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp\u003B\u0026nbsp\u003B\u003C/span\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EThe cost is $35.00 for UCF Students and $80.00 for non\u002DUCF Students. Registration includes a whistle, a t\u002Dshirt, a class manual, and instruction.
