		<description><![CDATA[<p><span>Introduction to Coaching Part 2 will explore relationship alliance &mdash; the trust, collaboration and mutual accountability between coach and coachee &mdash; and hope theory, which focuses on goal-directed thinking and creating pathways toward meaningful outcomes.</span></p>
<p><span>This session is ideal for supervisors, managers, mentors and aspiring coaches who've completed an introductory coaching course or have foundational coaching experience. Participants will strengthen their interpersonal effectiveness and support others in achieving personal and professional growth.</span></p>
