Before the Election Commission is an affidavit filed pursuant to Title VI of the Election Statutes. The Election Commission has found that the violation affidavit satisfies the requirements of Title VI, Chapter 608.14, and is therefore properly before the Commission.

Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the Election Commission Violation Hearing has been scheduled for March 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM in the Charge On Chamber. Pursuant to Title VI, Chapter 608.19, the following individuals are hereby requested to appear: Allison Singletary, Affidavit Filer; the Panayiota Laliotis and Athena Dieguez Ticket, Accused; and any approved witnesses, as applicable. 

It is so issued on March 9, 2026.
