		<description><![CDATA[<p>&nbsp;Emotional intelligence (EI) is a foundational leadership skill that drives team engagement, collaboration, and overall effectiveness. This 90-minute session empowers leaders to develop a deep understanding of their own emotions and emotional responses, accurately interpret the emotional cues of others, and adapt their behavior to meet the needs of diverse situations.<br>Participants will:</p>

<p>Practice self-regulation techniques to manage emotions constructively</p>
