en-US Emotional Intelligence (EI) for Teams explores how emotionally intelligent teams communicate, collaborate, and perform more effectively. Drawing insights from the article Do You Have an Emotionally Intelligent Team, participants will learn to recognize and foster behaviors that support trust, perspective building, and psychological safety across teams. This session is ideal for supervisors, leaders, and managers who would like to extend emotional intelligence practices to their teams.

 

This course is a complement to EI for Leaders and strongly encourages that participants attend this session prior to enrolling in EI for Teams.
