DESCRIPTION:Each day, a stepstool in the UCF Libraries goes unnoticed. Now, by spending just a fraction of your time, you can Foster-A-Stepstool and give one of our well-used library stepstools a fresh start in the new year!   \n  \nTake one home, clean it, paint it in your own style, and return it to lift future researchers up for years to come. This hands-on project is a fun way to support the library community and leave your mark on a tool that serves thousands.   \n  \nRegister now, as space is limited to the first 50 participants. The stepstools will be passed out on September 15th, 2026 from 10am to 2pm in room 402 on the fourth floor, and finished stepstools must be returned before October 13th, 2026. We ask that you do not include anything innappropriate to the stools or affix anything that protrudes out, can fall off or make the stepstool unusable in any way. The rubber traction pads must be placed back on, as well.
