DESCRIPTION:This interactive session will guide UCF faculty and staff through the process of designing effective non-academic courses, known as Special Programs, using the ADDIE instructional design model. Participants will explore how to conduct a needs assessment, define clear goals, organize content, and create an engaging and accessible learning experience.
