	"description": "\u003Cp\u003EThis workshop is designed for researchers at any career stage who want to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their data analysis and computational research.\u003C/p\u003E\u000A\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr\u003EInspired by the paper Good Enough Practices in Scientific Computing (Wilson et al., 2017), the session introduces \u0026ldquo\u003Bgood computing practices that every researcher can adopt, regardless of their current level of computational skill.\u0026rdquo\u003B Topics include data management, programming, collaborating with colleagues, organizing projects, tracking work and writing manuscripts. Participants will share ideas and practices to make computational research smoother \u0026mdash\u003B much like the basic lab skills one is introduced to and trained on for a smooth and safe lab experience.\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003EPrerequisites: None.
