DESCRIPTION:The India Center and the Fulbright Association Mid-Florida Chapter present a discussion with Devon Newhouse, Ph.D., exploring the global influences that have shaped Goan cuisine through the history of feni, the first distilled spirit in India to receive a Geographic Indicator (GI) designation.
