DESCRIPTION:Wellness and Health Promotion Services (WHPS) is proud to offer:  \nFlorida Blue FreshU Kitchen Cooking Class\n\nGet hands on experience in the kitchen and learn how to make delicious, healthy food! You get to eat what you make and take home the leftovers too. Check out our schedule below. All classes take place under the WHPS office awning. This class is open to UCF students only!\n\nREGISTRATION REQUIRED. Space is limited.\n\nEmail Nicole.Villarreal@ucf.edu if you have food restrictions/preferences after you reserve your spot. You will receive a reply email to confirm your spot in the class.
