		<description><![CDATA[<p>The Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center will host an OpenACC GPU programming workshop in person at UCF.</p>
<p>OpenACC is the accepted standard that uses compiler directives to allow quick development of GPU-capable code using standard languages and compilers. It has been used successfully to accelerate real applications in short development periods.</p>
<p>This workshop will use the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center's Bridges-2 computing platform. Participants should have prior programming experience in either C or Fortran.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Please note:</strong> This is an IN-PERSON event at UCF. A virtual or direct-to-desktop option WILL NOT be available.</p>
<p><strong>Registration</strong></p>
<p>Interested applicants must have an ACCESS ID to register. &nbsp;If you do not already have one, &nbsp;<a href="https://identity.access-ci.org/new-user" target="_blank">create an ACCESS ID</a>.</p>
