The Career & Wellness Peer Support Group provides a welcoming and supportive space for students to connect with peers while exploring career goals, personal growth, and overall well-being.

Through guided discussions, and shared experiences, participants will gain strategies for managing stress, building confidence, and navigating career uncertainty

Some topics of exploration include career decision-making, imposter phenomenon, self-care, job and internship searches, networking, and work-life balance.

Whether you're feeling unsure about your next steps or simply looking to connect with others facing similar challenges, this group offers a community-centered environment focused on growth, encouragement, and success facilitated by Masters-level Mental Health Counseling Graduate Interns.

Who should attend?
All students are welcome.

Dates: Wednesday Sept. 2nd, Sept. 9th, Sept. 30th, Oct. 7th, Oct. 14th, Oct. 21st, Oct. 28th, Nov. 4th

Time: 4pm-5pm

Location: Kenneth G. Dixon Career Development Center Building Room 115. The groups are in-person and open.
