CDEP: Re-Imagining the First Year of College to Attain Student Success Metrics

In alignment with Challenge 2020 goals, Re-Imagining the First Year (RFY) is a three year project with AASCU in which UCF is identifying and testing a series of strategies to increase retention rates and success for all first-year students. The presentation will explain UCF’s eight (8) strategies and desired outcomes with particular emphasis on strategies aimed at increasing faculty and student engagement in High Impact Practices and intentional student success programming for first year students.
