At this time, the Leadership Book Club is targeted to front line and mid-level supervisors; however, no supervisor will be turned away (except for space limitations).
Leadership Book Club is a three-part discussion. Participants are encouraged to register for ALL three sessions to gain the most from the discussion. (LDR001, LDR002, LDR003)
The general overview of the sessions include a reflection on the book/topic, how it applies to us at UCF, and action planning around the specific topic. Another benefit of participating is expanding your network of UCF leaders.
