Faculty Excellence will present the process for Chairs & Directors AESP and Promotion and Tenure criteria and process. Discussion will include feedback from department chairs and directors whose units successfully undertook this process. This session will help participants think through examples, resources and guidelines, with a focus on better aligning these documents with UCF’s Collective Impact. It will also offer strategies for working with faculty leaders in your units to ensure a consensus-driven process.
