Leadership Series: Honing Your Negotiation Skills to Advance Your Career Goals

In this interactive session Dr. Maureen Ambrose, the Gordon J. Barnett Professor of Business Ethics in the Department of Management, will present and lead a discussion about professional negotiation skills for faculty, particularly around positions, work assignments and workloads. Faculty at all ranks should benefit from learning negotiation strategies that help you effectively balance your professional duties, protect your time, secure needed resources and advance your career goals and plans. Dr. Ambrose is a Fellow of the Academy of Management and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
